Little Risk

We offer a legal arm in each Client Center because it wipes away the need to have a legal entity in that foreign country. This diminishes the lion’s share of risk as it shields client stakeholders from dealing with liabilities, taxation, and other complications that spring up at each location (especially in emerging countries). Also, the minimal upfront investment, transparent costs, and an option to cancel the contract at all times help clients measure, manage, and justify their risk.

Low Investment

We have managed to reduce the investment required to setup a dedicated office and in-house team in a foreign location to roughly the cost of traditional recruitment back at home. We are able to do this because In-House Anywhere™ is truly turnkey in nature, as the facilities and process required have already been setup. This means our clients do not have to purchase real estate, develop office space, or invest time and money in creating their own process and identifying vendors.

Control

This is a key benefit important to many clients that switched to our model from outsourcing. Our role is to help clients recruit employees, ensure the facilities are running smoothly, and manage local day-to-day HR issues. We do not get involved in any aspects of managing the employees, business decisions, or other internal activities of our clients and their employees. In that arena the clients have sole and full control. All IP always remains in-house, owned, protected by the client at all times.
