International 24x7 monitoring team frees-up support teams to focus on EMEA customers

London: PEER 1 Hosting, the global online IT hosting provider has launched another service focused initiative, to ensure it continues to provide customers with the best service in the hosting industry.

Under the Quickstart Global In House Anywhere model, PEER 1 has established a team of ten dedicated monitoring and quality assurance professionals in Sofia, Bulgaria. The hand-picked team will provide 24x7 eyes and ears at its Regional Operations Centre, watching and trouble-shooting server issues, intrusion detection and validating false positives, freeing up the UK-based customer service team to devote more time to supporting customers around Europe and proactively managing their infrastructure.
