Our Dalian client centre was opened in 2010. It is located in the Hi-Tech Zone which has received considerable investment and is an important centre for information technology offshoring and business process outsourcing.

One of the area's most important exports is software to Japan,due to the Japanese language capability.There are also many well established finance and service companies operating in Dalian.

Dalian is one of China's 11 National Software Industry Bases and one of five National Software Export Bases. Currently, more than 300 companies, including 32 Global 500 corporations, have offices in the area.

Located on the picturesque Liaodong Peninsula, Dalian is in the center of the Northeast Asia economic zone, and is close to Japan, South Korea and the Far East regions of Russia. The population of Dalian at the end of 2008 was 6.13 million. The city has enjoyed a continuous double-digit increase in GDP since 1992. Dalian is the first city in China to receive the "Global 500" award for human habitation and excellent living environment by UNEP - United Nations Environment Program.

Dalian is a very popular destination for tourists and is well known for its modern shopping malls, stylish high-rise buildings, large expanses of parkland and sandy beaches. Attractions include the Dalian International Beer Festival, the International Fashion Festival, Dalian International Auto Show, the Dalian International Marathon and the China International Software & Information Service Fair.
